SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

1. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are free of charge for orders with a value of 1,500 TRY and above.

The shipping fee includes:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Applicable taxes

No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

In case of a return, the refund covers only the price of the Product(s).
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


2. Shipping Carrier

Rabbit Flow works with various international and domestic courier companies depending on the destination and operational conditions.

The Company reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.


3. Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey on business days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 – 13:00 (EET).

  • Orders placed after Friday 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Rabbit Flow is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.


4. Delivery Time

  • Orders are handed over to the cargo company within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and calculated based on business days only.
Weekends and official holidays are not included.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the tracking details provided in the email.

6. Failed Delivery / Absence at Address

If the courier cannot deliver your order because you are not present at the delivery address:

  • Your package will be transferred to the nearest local cargo office.

  • A delivery notice will be left for you.

  • You must collect your package from the indicated branch within 3 days.

If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to Rabbit Flow.


7. Re-shipment

If you request re-shipment of a returned order:

  • Shipping costs will be charged again

  • The order will be resent as cash on delivery, unless otherwise agreed
