PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

(Pre-Contractual Consumer Information)

This Preliminary Information Form is provided in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the applicable provisions of Dutch law, prior to the conclusion of a distance sales contract.

This form constitutes an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER RIGHT)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Withdrawal Period

  • For goods: 14 days from the day the Buyer or a third party receives the goods

  • For services: 14 days from the date of contract conclusion

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw by:

  • Sending a clear written statement, or

  • Using a durable medium (e.g. email)

6. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

  • All payments received from the Buyer, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction

  • No additional fees will be charged to the Buyer

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.

7. RETURN OF GOODS

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying withdrawal

  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons

  • Digital content supplied immediately with prior consumer consent

  • Services fully performed with the consumer’s explicit prior consent

9. COMPLAINT HANDLING

The Buyer may submit complaints directly to the Seller via the contact details above.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may submit disputes to:

  • The competent Dutch courts, or

  • An alternative dispute resolution body within the EU

Consumers residing in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

11. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • If performance of the contract becomes impossible, the Buyer will be informed without delay and all payments will be refunded within 14 days

  • Confirmation of the order, this Preliminary Information Form, and the Distance Sales Agreement will be sent to the Buyer by email

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information
